Step 4 – LET’S TALK: We will set up an initial consultation which costs $100.00 for a one hour phone consultation and we will let you know if we need anymore information.
Step 5 – GET THE FIXED PRICE: During the consultation, the attorney will discuss your case with you and tell you how much your fixed fees divorce will cost.
Step 6 – RETAIN: You will be provided with a retainer agreement and after you have signed it and paid the initial retainer stage 1 of the fixed fees retainer you will officially be a client. We will then provide you with new client homework, provide you with a client handbook and help you along the way towards resolution of your family law matter.
Step 7 – RESOLUTION: Let’s work towards your goal of resolving this in a reasonable manner. Let’s keep the costs reasonable and let us get you through this.
